In the event you should not be completely satisfied with your purchase from Willography Photographics, simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Should you receive your purchase and discover it to be defective in some way, contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem.

We will ask you to return the defective or damaged product; and we will then give you the options of replacement of purchased product freight free or, if you prefer, a 100% money back refund. Accompanying your return you are required to include proof of purchase.

The initial freight charges on the delivery and return of goods cannot be refunded.
